Celtic: 5 things that Postecoglou must want this Christmas

The 2021 calendar year for Celtic can easily be split into two halves. The first half, from January until the start of the summer, was among the most disappointing periods in the club’s history with very little hope for the future. The second half, from the summer onwards, has been among the most surprising. The Hoops have played some of their most entertaining football in recent years, while also producing results at the same time.

Celtic have already won the Scottish League Cup this season. But there is still plenty more to be desired, big games to be played and trophies up for grabs.

Here are just some of the things that must be on Postecoglou’s Christmas list.

Football behind closed doors was unique and even a little interesting for a short period of time, but it is something that most fans never wanted to experience again.

Let’s just hope that things take a positive turn soon and we can see fans back in the stands as soon as possible. Football without the fans is nothing.
